backed away emotionally after seeing the no-call on the fair catch punt in the first half? Even the announcers were like WTF...
I know I did. I also loved how the refs started calling an inordinate amount of plays in our favor once we were way behind.
Couldn't torture myself anymore past the third.
Also a little unnerving to know Philbin's history playing ball in Worchester, MA...It was like watching a history channel segment on the ties between Hitler's SS.

That tends to happen when you play in NE, not to mention in a meaningful game as well.

But talking about how the Pats always get the breaks - true or not - just feels like a built in excuse.Bpk likes this. -
Slator seems to be able to get away with humping the guy making the fair catch

This could be my grumpy morning self talking, but could you please stop with the coaching cliche's. It's like my ex-wife has breached the matrix.
BTW- Donnie Darko called, he wants to burn down your house...PSG likes this. -

I guess because I was emotionally detached from the game even before it started, the no call didn't bother me so much.Pandarilla likes this. -
I stopped watching when it was 14-0. We had no shot of winning yesterday. I much rather go out remembering the previous 4 games that were either wins or close losses than the garbage we saw yesterday.
-
I didnt quit then, but I stopped watching basically at halftime... I saw pieces of the third quarter, but that was about it. They were completely inept yesterday, and the massive holes that still exist on our roster showed themselves quite well yesterday. I didnt need to see that again, especially knowing that Jeff would be back to continue to make a mess.

I cant wait until Brady breaks a leg or retires and New England falls back into the oblivion of irrelevancy. Oh and Belichick gets exposed for the middle of the road coach that he is. Prior to Tom Brady he was a nobody on his last attempt at keep a head coaching job. I cant stand how arrogant he is, how many times did he just go for it on 4th n whatever yesterday. GAWD! he pisses me off, and of course the dam DOlphins totally incapable of shoving his **** decisions back in his face.
-
The reffs wanted to see us get the 12th pick of the draft, so they had to help Tom Brady out a little.

shot to the head of fasano... perfectly legal and not late at all
-
Yeah, me neither, but I will say the little Miami fan inside my head was on the run after that call...
Just gotta make it to halftime...

We would have been flagged if a hit was made on Gronk like the one that was made on Fasano

I agree that its not just the games against us. New England gets help from the officials much more often than any other team Ive ever seen. I know that they dont need it, theyre great and all, but the fact cant be ignored that the officials give them calls at a hugely inordinate rate. Its bogus.
