Notable that all the QBs and 7 of 8 offensive lineman are all Ireland-Parcells pickups. And 6 of 7 defensive lineman are Ireland-Parcells pickups. If you want to know how they've rebuilt this team from 1-15, it is obviously all up front on the lines.
