There is no way Philbin can do so after tonight, as he might have liked to, IMO.
Thinking outside the box:
They need to alternate series vs Atlanta, so they both play with both the 1s and the 2s.

What if they get an uneven number of reps?

Garrad if he is healthy. I think Tannehill needs more time.

If "more time" means in the pocket, then yes. But nobody can really judge Tannehill's body of work today when the OL is that bad. Saw a drop or two as well that didn't help his cause. All things considered, he played alright with what he was able to control. I feel like this whole perception of him being a "raw" prospect is being played, more so than the fact that he got leveled several times in one half, while making decent decisions and pretty good throws.dolfan32323 likes this. -
IF this O-line could block I'd start Tannehill. But the way they've played these first 2 games Tannehill would get destroyed back there. I think that until the line can keep the QBs upright it's gonna be Garrard if he's healthy.

The answer is Pat Devlin, clearly the most effective and consistent qb on this team. Let him play with the 1s and 2s.
