I just wanted to see if we were still running Tannehill out of town, or if he is "suddenly good" when he actually gets pass protection.

Oh, I get it now. Ajayi managed to overcome awful offensive line play and poor quarterback play and just put this team on his shoulders and willed us to victory...
If I were starting a thread about him, I think I would be vastly discounting the importance of the offensive line.
Call me crazy, but it is almost like the offensive line affects the overall play of everyone on the offense.
But I'll just start a Jay Ajayi thread. -
Take away the long TD pass to Stills, and Tanny had a poor day throwing the ball. There is plenty of room for the offense to grow and get better though, and the bye-week should be a good chance to get more guys on the same page and more productive in the new offense (looking at YOU, Parker). Tanny needs to show improvement, as he now has good pass protection and a fantastic running game to lean on. If his numbers are still low or even average by the end of the year, I think you have to give serious thought to trading him away and going into rebuild mode.dolphin25 likes this. -

Guys, instead of getting all excited, I think we need to focus on running RT out of town. Remember how bad he is??? I mean we cannot focus at all on his offensive line being healthy and him having time to do normal QB things like reading defenses and whatnot... We need to focus on what we are good at, blaming RT!!!
