The difference late in that game was the NY Jets lack of a gag reflex... Dallas just flat out choked, while the Jets just kept right on chugging.
Sanchez had an ok game. I wouldn't say it was great. The interception was horrible. He can't throw that pick in that spot. As far as his fumble, he got stripped. It happens. He keeps a lot of plays alive with his footwork, but sometimes that happens. I was impressed with his accuracy - almost 60%. And Dallas was definitely bringing heat.Romo has a great game sans the horrible interception. Again, I am not going to crucify him for the fumble. He did what a lot of QB's would have done in that spot and he was almost down before the ball came out. His QBR was over 100 and he threw some real nice passes. But there is no doubt that the late interception was brutal.Anyway, a win is a win. If Brady throws a miserable pick at the end of tonight's game that leads to a Miami victory, I highly doubt anyone here will be apologizing for it.
Have you recovered from that *** beating the Jets put on Marcia Brady in the playoffs? I wonder if he will get happy feet when Wake and the rest of the Dolphins start knocking him around tonight.
If Allen Ball knows how to pick off a pass he goes in for 6 and everyone here is thrilled. Sanchez is just like Henne in the regard that he makes boneheaded throws right to DBs, who apparently cant catch.
Fact is NE is vulnurable. Brady HAS to win games for them. I cannot recall the last time Brady played poorly and the running game and D bailed him out. The old Patriots, that used to happen. Against the Jets he had a bad game and the D and running game could not bail him out. Sanchez can suck and Jets still win. Hence the Jets are better. Well they were, I have no idea now that NE has added some serious attitude to that defense. Meanwhile we added Mr. Glass, aka Reggie Bush, missed out and did not trade for Kevin Kolb and now may be equal to the pathetic Bills. Its so sad.
