Always thought if this guy could step up in the locker room, other players would follow his lead, and is there anyone we would rather have for our players to exemplify than this guy. Just turned 27, it's his time to be a leader..

I hope this team is coming together and willing to create a new identity...With Wake and Dansby joining Jake in these voluntary workouts, it's a good sign that our new coach has our best players respect, and that so important in getting off on the right foot for our identity.
