Just saying, but put the amount of money you put in your Mustang into that car and see what happens. It is the same argument American enthusiasts use when rice rockets blow their doors.
Yeah, the point though, is not to race, at least not for me. The point is to get the girl to take her clothes off and smile like a donut. Given that, this cars blows the Mustang off the line and never looks back. Mainly due to its uniqueness and the fact that you can find a generic Mustang on every corner on every street. It makes it seem less special, if you will. And trust me, all I drive is American...at least until my new 4Runner gets delivered. At that point, you can call me a traitor.
i like the one-77 better, though it probably costs 5x's a much. needless to say, i wont be purchasing either anytime soon.
You're kidding, right? The Carbon is about $273,000. I paid $29K for my car and threw another $12K into it...so for 1/7th of the cost of that car I blow it into the weeds. I put $250K into my car and there won't be a thing on the road that can touch it. And to date...not only has no rice rocket "blown my doors", none have even kept up with me. It's all in the perspective, Sam I am... I play in a rock band. I don't need a car to get a gal to take her clothes off. When I posted the OP, I meant for all you guys who need that extra something.
If you can't get laid driving this... ...your name is Gish. The only other thing I learned in this thread, is that Pagan loves American muscles.
Yup. There's not much I haven't done to get a rush bro. (In reality...no, I haven't. But now I'm gunna try! LOL!) Maybe in some ghey fantasy of yours, my brotha....but I only eat from one side of the buffet table, ya know?
I see what you're saying, but my whole argument is based on stock vs stock, regardless of price. No chance a rice rocket beats you now, but a done up rice rocket can beat your stock 'Stang. So your done up stang can beat the A.Martin, but if the A.Martin put $12K into it, it would be a different story. I can buy a rice rocket Honda CRX for $4K, gut it, put a base H22 engine in it, reinforce the engine (roller rockers and stuff), over bore it, etc, all for another $15K and get horespower outputs with high psf boosts from turbo in and around 350 HP easy. Heck, a Honda B16 engine (Base 160 HP) can reach 522 HP with 22.4 psf boost from a turbo. Imagine a 220 hp base H22? Yes I know the engine won't last long, at those pressures, but that same B16 goat an output of 300+ horespower on a mere 7.8 psf boost. My point is, with the amount of money you put into your Mustang, I can build a rice rocket that will beat it. It is all a matter of preference. What cars do like. Im not one to bash either side. My cousing has a '72 Charger, two of my uncles have '69 Vettes, my other uncle has an official '78 Corvette Pace Car. Me personally, I like the imports, I had a CRX with a B-16 in it until an 18 year old punk wrote it off. Anyways, your car is sick (I've followed the progress on this site) and the Aston Martin is sick. Both go too fast for the streets I drive on anyway.
I don't need a car to get laid either. This is why god made alcohol, and girls after breakups. Vulnerablity, thy name is Sam... As for Bungie Jumping, it is pretty safe if you jump within the first five uses of the bungie. After that, it goes down in terms of failure rate, but only slightly. Skydiving was pretty cool too. My problem with that is that is wasn't quite the rush as I thought it would be. It was fun, but after you equal out, you don't get the sensation of falling and more of a feeling of driving with the top down...at 250 mph... My next challenge is to ride a rodeo bull with zero experience. I have something lined up in May. If it comes to fruition, I plan on video taping my (most likely) demise.
Bro...you build a ricer that runs mid 10's without blowing the stock motor, and my hat's off to you. I'm running 620 horse with stock internals and 16 psi....safely. I know what you're saying though. (hopefully you do know I was fuggin witcha.) He didn't say bungie jumping bro. Read it again. That's where I draw the line. I prefer my rush to come from inanimate objects.
That looks so unusual that it seems photoshopped in every pic. I'd take the Bentley over any car except the Merc AMG65 any day, though.
Thats a beautiful machine Pagan, whatta you think of the audi coupe, its my favorite car on the road. realistically speaking.
Looks like one of those reverse engineered things from Area 52. Wonder if they'd let me finance it over on a 200 year loan??? An old favorite. Boobacious babes in jump suits and a sweet sounding V12 when life was simpler. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFB6FfaNQ40"]YouTube- Canon Ball Run 1[/ame]
