Sending Addai, Palmer, Cooley for Peterson and Rivers (his backup for Romo) I duno if he would take it, but I think it's worth a shot. He has Miller as a TE so I though that would help sell it. Thoughts? I'd prob have to tweak it a little but who knows.
Who are you planning on picking up off FA then? I think you benefit though I doubt he takes it unless he's stupid.
Oh yeah. I would be ALL over that IF somebody was really willing to do it. I think he would have to be either a Bungles or Colts homer for it to pan out though.
He didnt. I'm trying Cooley and Palmer for Rivers. I plan on picking up Miller or LJ Smith off waivers. I have Fasano to start now.
Just got an offer: Felix Jones & Darren Sproles for Steve Slaton & Lance Moore think I will pass Thoughts?
Yeah, that depends. You the one holding Sproles and Jones? Are you even serious bout this or you just jerkin chain tonight
Oh well, in that case, YES I would make that trade If I were you. Guess it kindve depends on whom else is on your roster though..but yes, I think Felix Jones is going to see more and more time. Marion Barber is one Head-shot away from the IR I think Sproles could either make or break you on ANY weekend IMO.
I have Slaton too. Im gonna hang onto him for a few weeks and see if he can keep this pace up. If he can then we just picked up a ghetto Reggie Bush off the wire.
Problem I have is Slaton is a starter and Jones might be a starter. as for Sproles, with LT how much time is he gonna get?
Well getting rid of Cooley (hopefully in a deal for a QB) is the first priority. I dont have the room or need for another TE till then. Unless Fasano puts up another goose egg.
It's always good to have a backup plan. If you're getting 2 players in exchange for 3, you always want to fill an empty slot even if you don't need the players. It gives you insurance and it prevents someone else from using that player against you.
Go and offer it and it will be declined. I'd never deal A.Peterson and P.Rivers for those 3 guys. I'm losing value at the RB and QB position and Cooley doesn't do enough at the TE position to make up for it.
