    No surprise really, save for it highlights the ineffecient, or politically motived, nature of .Gov stats concerning the economy, this was one of the certain negative consequences of the current political leadership's economic policies, however the real danger is this is happening in a no to low growth environment meaning worst case this is the first step in Stagflation happening, or could be.

    High inflation, high unemployment, high unemployment is already here, now inflation is like the grinding wheel rolling on those out of work, or barely above water as it is.
