man... thats terrible and pathetic... hope he recovers so he can fight that thing.

 

I am sure he will have the ticket taken care of. Sad that this would happen tho

Ticket was torn up...

 

I find it disturbing how often cops behave in such boneheaded ways. Then actually defend their actions when the press confronts them before eventually some higher up has to come in and tear up the ticket or drop the charges.

 

I guess this wasn't reported in the Rocky Mountain Times..
