Insane Steam/App Store deals

I don’t have any specific deals to link to, but for anyone looking for last-second gifts (to themselves :shifty: ), load up Steam or the iTunes App Store. Huge promotions on games all over the place.

As examples, I just picked up Tetris for 67% off in the App Store (normally $3, sale price $1), Assassin’s Creed 2 for $15 on Steam, and the entire Battle Bears series of iOS games for free. (Despite the stupid name, they’re actually pretty fun.) Also snagged SimCity Deluxe for $1 as well.

App Store deals end at midnight tonight, I believe. Steam deals are good for about 24 hours, and then a new batch of games are put on sale.

all EA games in the app store are 99 cents...not sure which game to get

I got a whole bunch, including SimCity Deluxe and Tetris. Also picked up two redeem codes for Tetris as stocking stuffers for family.

Supreme Commander 2: $3.74.
Far Cry 2: $5.00.
Hitman Collection: $7.47.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. bundle: $5.00.

And that’s just today’s deals! Steam is bleeding my wallet dry.
