Mark Murphy is retiring. By rule any Packers President & CEO must retire at the age of 70. Murphy will continue on the job until July of 2025.

Ed Policy will be an amazing Chairman, President & CEO. He has been with the Packers for 13 years.

 

Never been a Mike Florio guy, I find him repulsive and not credible, but any pre-camp power ranking is interesting.

Mike has Detroit too high. I can live with the Packers at number 6. I think 4 or 5 is more realistic for the Pack. But it's Florio, a known Packers hater. 6 works here.

Since this is a Dolphin board, I will note the Dolphins at number 11. I think that is fair for the Phins.

The Packers will once again have the youngest roster in the NFL. The only player on the Packers roster over the age of 30 is Preston Smith. Preston is 31.

Florio is not credible in any way, but he knows contract talks have been ongoing and a deal imminent. So, he is now speculating on the details.

J-Love probably will get 60 mill or very close to that. Florio is right in that it will probably work out to about 51 mill average in total money.

The 11 mill cap number for this season is really all that needs to be looked at or matters. If true, that is lower than his current salary cap number of 12 mill for this year.
