Biggest reason for 3-13.... Lack of defense against the run. There is no link, this was an actual magazine mailed to me. In fact, how the heck did they get my address? Anyways... They went ahead and predicted the records for the following teams: Pats 14-2 Jets 5-11 Bills 9-7 Browns 11-5 Colts 13-3 jags 12-4 Chargers 13-3 Cowboys 13-3 NY 10-6 Vikings 10-6 GB 13-3 ( they may have printed this before the farve trade) Carolina 10-6 These of course are just some of the teams.... This is mostly the +/- in vegas.
Man they sure must not be buying the offseason moves the jets made. Although neither am I. I think a realistic expecation for the phins can be in the 3-5 wins range. If things come together a bit, 7-8.
Glad I do not get that magazine! I think they are dead wrong here.. Im not going to go over all the divisions but Ill do the AFC East. PATS- 12/4 or 13/3 BILLS- 9/7 or 10/6 JETS- 9/7 or 10/6 FINS- 6-10 or 7/9 PS I would never buy a magazine again unless it's a nuddy one as things seem to be outdated faster than they can get me the magazine...

that was made before anyone had watched us in camp and before we signed pennington. i think they were just going off the moves in the offseason alone when coming to that conclusion. i'm guessing we hit 6+ wins this year with this team.
From the first preseason game our 1st team run defense looked great. I believe the 1st string defense didn't allow anything but 3, 3 & outs when they were on the field which lasted until the second quarter. Our defense looked pretty good out there but if that will hold into the season I don't know. Its our offense that worries me but a lot of that will be answered when I see Pennington's performance this weekend. I'm calling the Fins at 5 or 6 wins but hopefully more.
