Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports that the Bengals and Dolphins have shown interest in signing wide receiver Cam Phillips.

Phillips caught 31 passes for 455 yards and nine touchdowns over the five-game XFL season. He recorded three touchdowns in two of those games and ranked as the league leader in all three of those categories.

Phillips signed with the Bills as an undrafted free agent in 2018 and caught one pass for nine yards in two regular season appearances with the team.

I liked Phillps and he suffered a series of unfortunate events to not get drafted... (I will provide a link explaining this. )

    Injured
    did not go to combine
    Slow at pro day
    etc.

He goes to the XFL absolutely dominates... the kid can play... He was very good in College at Virginia Tech his last two seasons proving he could be a go to player and deliver when it mattered.

I would like to see if his slow 40 time was due to him reovering from the Hernia... He looked good in the XFL and had no problem getting open and dominating. ( That is not the NFL...)

9 touchdowns in 5 games... almost 15 yards a catch... He was balling

again it is only the XFL so we need to take that with a grain of salt... Clearly the kid can play

One thing I like about our team is we look everywhere for talent. I probably can't name them all, but over the years we have signed some gems. Cam Wake probably shines the brightest, but I also loved Mark Dixon.
