After all these talks and rumors about the new HC going to Sparano I wanna know if Jason Garrett is even a consideration in there minds or not because he hasnt worked with Parcells in his coaching tree. If anything Id rather have Jason Garret as the new HC with all the praise i hear about this guy. I havent really heard anything about Sparano until Last week.
I have yet to hear his name as being on the list or Ireland having interest in interviewing him. It wouldn't surprise me, but I have heard no news. Although that it was reported while Miami, Baltimore, and Atlanta were in town, that he was interviewed along with Sparano, but, no team was identified.
Ive been on the hire Garrett bandwagon since that final jets game in which cam sucked it up royally. I was hoping theyd try and get Garrett in here

i doubt that this is going to happen he won them 13 games i dont think that he wants to get rid of Wade and hire a HC that has Never Coachs and have him turn our Like Cam he is a good OC but i dont know if he will be a good HC

yes but take this into consideration. Jerry Jones has always made it pretty clear which side of he Ball he cares more about. He wants his team scoring points, and that means the OC of his team just might be more important to him then his defensive minded coach. Especially if Jones has already made up his mind on going all out in the draft to get McFadden this year. there IS legitimate reason to believe that if Garrett gets a decent offer from another, Jones will drop Phillips to keep him.
Posted this in another thread before I saw this one... I have this crazy - no, insane - gut feeling that Sparano is a smokescreen. And that the real all-but-hired HC is Garrett. I don't know why, it just keeps popping into my head.
No because the Phins not going after him is part of the secret deal between Wayne and Jones. Bascially the deal says Jones will let Ireland go right away, we won't go after Garrett, trade #1 pick for their 2 1st rnd picks and Barber.
