Is there a way to swap Nalbone to the PS and Overbay to the 53 w/o waivers?

How do we get Boner on the PS and Overbay to the 53 without exposing either to waivers?

No. If Nalbone is cut, he must clear waivers. Is he even eligible for PS? Wasn't he active last year?
MrCleansubscriberOverbay can be signed to the 53 man roster or any other team's 53 man roster at any time. Nalbone would go through waivers if he is released. If no one claims him, he can be signed to the PS, or any other team could sign him to their PS. He is definitely eligible for the PS.
