Thats actually kind of interesting really. Lots of fish and aquatic life such as alligators and hippos allow such small fish and birds to do stuff like this in the wild, so its an interesting concept to bring it into a spa like that.

I bet they do a decent job of it really, and no worse than using razers and shavers to get rid of corns and callouses etc.
