The Jacksonville Jaguars have raised a whopping $90,000 to assist with tornado relief in Parkersburg, Iowa, the hometown of center Brad Meester.
The money was raised through donations from players, coaches, partners, and staff, and through the sale of Aplington-Parkersburgh High School Tornado Relief hats.
Through the team’s web site and at a recent minicamp, more than 2,000 of the hats were sold.
