After winning their first playoff game in eight years this past season, the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday rewarded head coach Jack Del Rio with a five-year contract extension.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Del Rio was set to make $3 million this upcoming season.
Del Rio, who was entering the final year of a contract he signed following the 2005 season, has a 45-35 record in five seasons in Jacksonville.
