I don't know, I don't have much patience or sympathy for people who abuse their animals. Let him lose his pecker in a knife fight, then I'll call it karma.

What you guys have to realize, if you don't already know, is that the cropping of ears by non-veterinary means - in cold blood, while the animal screams in agony - is common practice among the macho jerks who raise pits.

I knew a guy in Miami who raised pits and cropped puppies' ears flush with the head; he thought it made them "look tougher."
