Jamal Williams, a guy a lot of you were hoping to pick up has been signed by the Broncos. At 34 he got a 3 year deal worth $16 million and $7 million guaranteed. The deal with incentives and other clauses can max out at $22 million. I'm pretty sure that contract at his age is why he's not a Dolphin.
