    Taylor..Davis..Thomas..Dion..

If all four can have significant roles it could be the key to a playoff run.

That secondary is gonna be one hell of a competition..

Jamar Taylor is a very physical football player, really good zone player, really good blitzer, an outstanding tackler of the football, very fast player, with a physique that is high NFL caliber..

If Jamar Taylor stays healthy and plays up to the expectations we had when we were excited about drafting him - and Finnegan is relegated to 3rd CB, then this defense will finally live up to it's potential.

Hmm, seems like we have to many Cb's, JT has nice size let us see if he can stay healthy

Have to think we will see a surprise cut out of the group, or a position switch

I was appalled that our rookies had the 3rd fewest snaps in the NFL last year, than completely flummoxed by the fact that Denver and Seattle had the top two spots. Wow.

I sure hope he is healthy and ready to compete. We need him.

Nope. You need 5. We have 5 counting Aikens.

Why were you "appalled?" Rookies rarely contribute to the level of quality veterans. You draft rookies for a career, not a season.

Finnegan, Grimes, Wilson, Davis, Taylor, Aikens

Jimmy Wilson quietly had a great yr last season

Rotoworld mentions he will be kept at s and nickel cb

I didn't understand the Walt Aikens pick for this very reason..dude has to make the team or what a waste of a resource.

I'm not sure you can just chalk up Finnegan, Taylor or Davis as locks to be anything special just yet - especially the latter two. Again though, Walt Aikens was recruited and played as a FS his year at Illinois. Just saying.

Suspect Wilson goes to b/u S and some nickel Cb duty, he does offer lots of flexibility that way.

What would be helpful is if one of those Cb's can also handle returner duties

    IIRC..didn't aikens return kicks?

Wilson is listed as a safety on the depth chart. There is room for them all.
