    Raiders coach Lane Kiffin says he'd be fine with JaMarcus Russell playing in the 275-pound range this season.

    Kiffin won't say how much Russell currently weighs, but emphasized that Russell is in fine physical condition. We'll have a better idea after the draft.

    Wow 275 pounds? Hes big enough at 260 where he was I believe. That kid needs to lose some weight.

    I guess it depends on how much of the added weight is muscle vs. fat.
    It could make him harder to bring down.

    Yeah but it could also make it easier because of his less mobility. I dont know but im not in favor for having a 275 QB but then again its the Raiders and everything is normal in that organization.
