Folks who go to a cold hell that is Afghanistan, or what have you, earned my respect I also don't make a huge deal about it either, that would embarrass them and make one look very *** kissing, imo Mr Gandolfini got that, he never took himself tooo seriously. Let some bullets whizz by your head and the only thing you have to look forward to is rice and gravy and meatballs..then there is a basis for conversation..Gandolfini "got it".
