Hopefully this will put a little balm on the wounded fans.

And I thank him for a lot of fond memories and 110% effort out there on the field. It's a shame it had to come to this but that's just the business of things.

A true professional on and off the field. We were truly lucky to root for this guy for 11 years. Thanks Jason!

Nothing but a class act IMO.
Will always have a fondness for JT and what he brought, both on and off the field.

I was not happy with the recent developments and how things were handled by JT. However, he did something very rare with this and he did in fact show quite a bit of class acknolwledging the fans and thanking them like this.
Cheers to JT.azfinfanmang likes this. -
I always thought JT was a great player and a good man.
I hated to see him go. But, I'll be watching him and Zach, AND, I will continue to wear their jerseys.Regan21286 and azfinfanmang like this. -
Always has been a class act in my book. I was happy to be a fan during his tenure.

Nice gesture by JT, shows a lot of class. Say what you want about this offseason's "saga," but you haven't heard one negative word from JT about the fanbase. He deserves to be on the Dolphins Honor Roll, and, when all is said and done, may have a good argument for the Hall of Fame.

Great on JT. Classy act all the way.

I would rather he be still playing for us. I will miss his outstanding play. I think he wanted a fresh start. Cool good for him. I am happy we didn't have to cut him or him having to retire. We got decent value for him. I am glad it is over now and we can focus on football. The Ad was nice of him.

This is a rare sports moment when a player goes above and beyond what you would expect. Cheers to JT for taking the time and spending the money to thank his supporters and show his appreciation.

A nice touch by JT, but IMO, no needed, after 11 years of playing for us, a full page ad is not necessary, it's nice, but not needed.
Jason Taylor gave me some fine memories, I loved watching him play in Coral and White...:hi5:
JT is above players like Offerdahl and Bryan Cox, not quite Marino but close, him and Zach were the Dolphins for years, I have a soft spot for both of them!opfinistic, unluckyluciano and mullingan like this. -

Thats a classy touch to his departure. Hopefully he comes back to sign one of them one day deals to retire as a fin

It seems like it was such a long time when all we had to root for was Zack and JT.
I just really hope when they hang up their cleats they can somehow comeback and retire as Dolphins.
Thanks JT, you made all of us proud you wore #99 for the Dolphins. -
