I missed the first part of the presser but on the recap a writer said that even though Ireland said he liked Beck in last years draft that he still wants to acquire a QB.

FACT: IRELAND stated in the Press Conf that he and Parcells didnt know Cameron that well and therefore didnt want to waste time getting to know him, and rather feel more comfortable hiring a HC that shares their mindset ("philosophical opinions").

When asked what they were, he says he cant list them, rather you will see them, simply stated these (a culture):

Just because he wants to add another QB, doesn't mean they are going to give up draft picks. Maybe there will be a veteran FA he likes. Maybe he means drafting(so yes, giving up a draft pick) a QB on the second day.

Well we will want a football player closer to the type that Saban wanted; big, physical as opposed to the ones Cameron wanted: faster, smaller, better short area quickness as a whole.

Basically one is a little more finesse versus the knock the crap out of 'em.

 

i want a team that is built like the jaguars. i absolutely love their team and their physical mentality. Pound the ball and then play action with few turnovers to go along with physical defense.

 

I honestly think there is something else going on behind the scene coach wise..
