If Incognito can keep his head on straight, and keep getting better, I think we are one stud away from having the best O-line in the league....or at least as solid as we have seen in decades in Miami.

 

What was the video he brought back to practice about?

 

did he say what was wrong with him?..anything specific?...did he have a bad case of the run's or what?
