Probably an end-of-year liquidation. We're not changing our jerseys. We're not changing our colors. We're not changing our logo. We're not getting a new fight song.

If the Jerseys are like 5 dollars in a few weeks we'll either be having a huge liquidation because there's mass overstock

or we're getting new logos and ****.

 

the lions have a whole lot to choose from because nobody is dumb enough to buy them in the first place :lol:

as for ours... they probably are just low in stock, or trying to clear some out... i doubt its because of new jersey's or logos or any of that junk

 

I tell you what, NFLShop and the Dolphins Pro Shop to me are lacking. I am still trying to get and AFCE Champions sweatshirt and cannot find any.

 

That song was terrible and I would for one be completely embaressed to be a Dolphins fan if they was our fight song, but I did enjoy the video. A nice highlight of 2008.

 

Hm. I don't know what I just saw and heard. It was not what I expected, I know that.

It makes me a bit a sad for the man who made that, because I see he loves what I love, but he does so without liking for music to sound good.

p.s. - He doesn't spell Dolphins right either. "Dophins" An inauspicious first-foray into song writing for the poor gentleman.

 

I would also like to know because my girlfriend bought me a 200 dollar gift card for there, so that I could buy a jersey. I saw the same thing, no jerseys. I figured I would just wait it out. Hopefully they throw more jerseys up.

 

there were always only duhe and clayton as throwbacks. i can tell you that from working in the pro shop 2 years ago. usually with the authentics they kept it to a max of like 6 players to choose from. losing zach and jason was prolly a big hit on their inventory...

 

From what you herd does sounds like an opinion to me!!

 

Not really an opinion.. more like speculation.

We were discussing this with some local writers who cover and deal with the Dolphins and marketing people who work for the stadium when the ownership change took place. The thing that stood out about Stephen Ross' was his desire to improve the entertainment aspect and image. Those who are familiar with Ross' track record agree that the change could very well take place.

 

Changing the colors and logos are not ways to improve image or increase the entertainment aspect of the team though. Getting good players, and advertising does that....

 

Now that sounds like an opinion..

Look I'm not trying to debate with you. All I'm saying is what was told to me by people who are familiar with the guy. They specifically said they expect changes and uniforms/logo is a strong possibility. Of course getting good players and being competitive matters most. Take it or leave it. My bet is you will leave it.

 

they've been "tweaking" the jersey for years. navy shadow numbers, black shadow, thicker, thinner. i don't think a massive change is upon us, but you never know.

id really like to see us use the alternate orange once a year, and the aqua jersey more than just once a year. why do we wear white 15 games a year? we should wear our colors on the road.

 

Come on man what your saying is an opinion. What I'm saying is a fact. If a team gets good players the team improves, and if that team advertises those players the fanbase will be happier, increase in volume and most of all, increase in sales of tickets, and merchandise.

I don't know who you are but your hinting that you're in or around the media. That's fine. I won't doubt this (especially at first) but the media thrives on speculation. That way they look genius if something comes true that they speculated on, even if it's only a smidgen of what they might predict.

Do I want them to chage the uniforms? Nope

Do I want them to change the logo? Yes I do!

So do you still have me in the I'm not for change catagory?

 

Nope! I don't mind the current logo, but I want a change back to what it was.
