I think they should develope a AAA farm team for each team, logo them officially, and make a league, so all the fans of their teams, have a vested interest in the league and in watching... I guess you probably cant do that with injuries and stuff.

Benson's averaging like eight yards a carry so I can see why they aren't but I agree with you. I think you need to get him in a rhythm.

Maybe a a couple of roster spots would make sense ala NFLE

But I like the UFL, man those cats have nothing to lose, love that in a football player.

dallas has played well lately. i think philly is dangerous but I think Dallas will win this one. They are my darkhorse to go to the SuperBowl. I think its Minnesota's year but Dallas behind them in the NFC.

We now know the problem with Carson Palmer. He's been high all day.

Anyone else hear when they said he's been high all day? made me laugh hard.

Bungles are self destructing a bit..

Palmer would have thrown a TD, but he was High...

That was an awful minute for Andre Smith. First the false start and then on the snap, he drops his head and starts reaching for the pass rusher. Never been fond of him as a pass protector but helluva run blocker.

I hope Henne really works on his head and shoulder fakes this offseason, dont think i saw him do it once all year....I know A qb has to be completely comfortable before they can, so ill be patient

Johnson was by Revis there, not sure why he threw it to the back shoulder.

Wondering the same. I figured he'd at least throw outside shoulder and deep.

Palmer throws a odd looking pass, he almost shotputs the thing.

People may forget this, but he was though to need tommy john surgery this past offseason and just rested his arm which supposedly "healed" him.

I'm not so sure about that, to me Palmer's arm looks dead.

You might be right. He's not always stepping into his throw and rotating his hips either though.

Pisses me off to see him throw a touchdown. He was so good at the roll outs, in both directions, at USC.

I think I'm the only one who thinks the Jets are damn good. They are extremely talented, they just have an idiot for QB who I watched play in the Pac-10 for years. Sanchez was Henne that team is a contender.

yup, me too, regardless of the things that have been said about sanchez the football player, he can throw on the run and he DOES have excellent feet...once he settles as a qb, his fundamentals will kick in better.

Bengals are the Bungles once again. 19 years since they won a playoff game, very sad.

These two teams just should not be playing football today. I'm watching two non-playoffs teams trying to play playoff football. Ugly.

Agreed. He had great footwork at USC too, it just awful when he was pressured. Almost like he didn't know where to go with the ball, as he'd constantly take steps in reverse lol.

I think the Jets are extremely well built for the playoffs. If they draw Indy next week I think they have a good shot at making the AFC Championship. Indy I think will be out of rhythm and the Jets D could be the difference.

Of course the Jets still have to win today but if they could draw Indy next week and the Ravens somehow in the AFC Championship game they could make the SB. I know it sounds crazy but they could get a favorable schedule. I think NE or SD will absolutely murder the Jets though if they meet up. It's going to be interesting for the Jets but they are extremely dangerous for any team.

    Edit:

Man does Rex Ryan know how to run one heck of D or what. Say what you will but man that guy runs a Defense like nobody else right now.

I guess this is what a team looks like in the playoffs when they have'nt been there in 19 years...my goodness is this eerie..

To me it looks like revis is so good, hes in the head of their best player and thats affecting everyone.

They went to the playoffs a few years ago, and Carson Palmer was a victim of a cheap hit to his knee (which essentially derailed his career IMO). So it's definitely been more recent than 19 years.
