JESSE CHATMAN SUSPENDED FOUR GAMES
Posted by Michael David Smith on August 30, 2008, 6:13 p.m.There’s news today regarding Jets running back Jesse Chatman, but it’s not the news that was previously reported.
This morning we passed along a report that Chatman had been released, and then we were contacted by Chatman’s agent, who told us that Chatman hadn’t been — and wouldn’t be — cut.
Now we’ve got the real situation, per a release from the Jets and the NFL: Chatman has been suspended without pay for the team’s first four regular-season games for violating the NFL Policy on Steroids and Related Substances. Chatman’s suspension begins today, and he is eligible to return to the Jets’ active roster on Monday, September 29 following the team’s September 28 game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Thomas Jones is a good Running Back. Not great, but good. He's durable and solid.

I do agree with you in reference to Washington, but Chatman he's a good work horse and he can be pretty productive.
