The Jets, concerned that injured PK Mike Nugent will miss at least one game, have agreed to a contract with veteran kicker Jay Feely, an NFL source told the Daily News. Feeley, 32, who played for the Giants in 2005 and 2006, was among three kickers invited to audition today for the Jets. The others were Dave Rayner and Aaron Elling.

I figured they'd sign him. You think if Feely kicks well that Nugent could be let go? I know there was some talk about Nugent being let go in the past.

I thought maybe the Jets would bring out Doug Brien from retirement ;)

I guess it's no longer Brett Favre's team:shifty:

Gotta have someone to kick if your kicker goes down.
Either way, we can't rely too much on kicks this year.
Neither is "Money".

Feely? He was pretty good last year ... no?
This is their way of getting us back on Pennington.
They're going to glean Miami's playbook!!!!!!!
