SICKforum_veteranhonestly......i cant care. if they do get smacked then what? they still waltz into the playoffs, they take the loss out on us next week infront of their mostly garbage fans (mostly = not you) and i drink my half beer half tears.......it'll be perfect. yay!

BicketyBamforum_veteranFootball is the one sport where once my team is done (and technically, Miami isn't done), I watch and actively root against teams. All the other sports I follow, when my team is done, so am I. But not football. And trust me...I have a ton of practice of rooting against teams :( Now granted, this is two teams that are both hated. But I know Miami fans. Gun to their head, they hate the Jets far more :D
Anyway, I expect the majority of the members to be rooting for Brady and the boys, which I perfectly understand. I just hope I don't take a major ball busting when* the Pats win.

Sounds reasonable, but honestly, other than the Jets blowing them out, I can see any other outcome happening (Pats win close, Pats win in blowout, Jets win close). I hope it's a good game and no one gets hurt.

I think I am rooting for NE just to see what NYJ have in them in the other tough remaining games. (and cause of the 3 Brother in Laws I have - 2 root for NYJ and 1 NE and thus for fun its 2 with more pain than 1)

Starry31forum_veteranLike others this game definitely lost some of its magic when the Phins lost their game, still will watch though and hope Patriots win. I think they will win as well but at this point I don't know how much of that is from my head.
