Mora just doesn't seem to have the right attitude to me. For some reason I put him in the Eli Manning mold. Kind of guy who acts like a biatch when things get tough.

I would prefer we get someone who knows how to run a hybrid system (someone from the Pats likely). It's worked well (just needed the CB's) for us.

He is the secondary coach for the Seattle Seahawks and doubt he will be with the Fins next season.

Mora Jr sucks, he won't rip into anyone, he wants to be their buddy and lets them walk all over him. Trust me I saw Michael CONVick and his boys do it to him here in ATlanta. Parcells is gonna get guys with attitude and chips on their shoulders in here, not guys who want to eat ice cream and talk about their feelings.

no. he left to become the linebackers coach for the chargers this year so he is in play for DC since its an upgrade over his current position. Personally im on the john pagano bandwagon as others have mentioned. also, I believe i read a report somewhere on espn that he is the succesor to mike holmgren.

The Bears' defense was only stellar towards the beginning of last season. As the season progressed, the defense declined each week. Rivera made no adjustments whatsoever to account for holes the other teams had found as the season wore on.

There's a reason Rivera could only land a job as a linebackers coach--an inside linebackers coach, no less--after being fired.

John Pagano, the Chargers' outside linebackers coach, is a more likely choice than Ron Rivera. Well, was a more likely choice before Parcells was hired.

i really don't care who we hire, as long as he is a good coach, good communicator so he can teach all the young talent we'll have, and most impotant of all: that he run a 3-4.

a real 3-4, not some hybrid thing with bits and parts from 2 different philosophies and dozens of permutations.

singletary would be a great head coach, and he's ready.

otherwise, he's assistant head coach right now, so dc would be a demotion.
