04/07/08 - “I just kept developing, becoming more of a leader, understanding the game more. The game slowed down for me and I was having a lot of fun. I thought, ‘This can work.’ ” Greco earned first team All-Mid-American Conference honors his junior and senior year at left tackle. He followed that up with solid performances at the NFL combine and Toledo’s pro day in February. “I was really pleased with my results,” he said. “Since then, I’ve just been trying to stay in shape, relax and enjoy my off time.” Greco (6-foot-5, 320 pounds) graduated with a degree in marketing and professional sales and wants to get into the restaurant industry once his playing career is over. He’s projected as either a right tackle or a guard in the NFL and has drawn comparisons with Patriots lineman Nick Kaczur. Greco met with the New England Patriots a few weeks ago and the Minnesota Vikings and St. Louis Rams also have scheduled visits. - Joe Scalzo, Youngstown Vindicator

I think he would be a great pick in the 4th round if he is still there.

Did anyone seen him play this past year? I'd certainly like to get a better feel for him. I've read he lacks athleticism, but not to what extent.

Oddly enough, I have a tape from 2005, Toledo vs. Fresno State, they had a freshman QB in place of an injured Grabowski, and I believe this was Greco's first year at LT after Nick Kaczur left.

Back then, he was definitely not a dominant run blocker, in fact, I saw almost no push, and after some effort, he'd end up just sealing the player to the outside, that at least provided a small opening. He had absolutely no problems with stunting DL, but LBs gave him some problems. There was one play where he went through the line and went after the MLB, hit him pretty good, but that MLB didn't move an inch.

Hard to tell about his pass blocking because almost all the passes were short to very short, 3 and 5 step drops...freshman qb with little to no experience.

I expect he's gotten stronger since then, and hoping someone's seen him play this past year.
