    Alright,

    I just recieved an email from Justin TV having my Thephins screen-name and correct email account saying somebody had used MY email account at Justin TV.

    I honestly dont think I have ever even been there. I saw the link about some guy killing himself online..I DIDN'T view it or even open that thread.

    Any insight?

    They don't require you to verify registration via e-mail. Go back to JustinTV and do a lost password recovery, that should prevent whoever registered with your email from using your name.
