Winslow is a crap shoot, he can be immature as hell, or make the pro bowl it just depends on the year.
A #2 for him is a good deal for the Bucs, he can start Day 1 and is still only 25. -
word is a 2 this year and a 5 next via nfl network.....IMO I think that's a good deal for the Bucs
