Would really like to see it get to 24 at minimum. I don't think 16 is enough. Somebody go find adamprez. I know he wanted to do this last year.

definitely agree. I would have a hard time playing the keeper league now. During summer it would be much easier.
Blarghl. I'm usually sparely online from the end of May until the end of August (I TA and summer school is a crash course *****). I could likely still serve on the committee, but I really don't know if I'll be able to fully take a team. (I also watch baseball ) Keep me on the "Break glass in case of emergency" pile for now. I wouldn't want to take up a spot of someone who could put in a lot more time than I could.
So it's settled your playing. Besides I honestly don't think this will take up nearly as much time as this GM League now. The biggest use of time will go to free agency.
I think playing it in the summer is a good idea, the only drawback is the draft would have already occured and that will take away from that whole thing. But other than that it works.
I agree that does stink. However we may be able to do some tweaking in later yrs. For some of the GM's who don't know who to draft this can also be used as a template.

Well if we do a keeper I highly doubt we could get enough to do the GM league. Might as well move the Keeper into the GM league time slots.
Myswell count me in for this, if that spot isn't gone. Hopefully the summer will grant me more free time but as you said this should be less intensive than the regular GM League.
That would be suboptimal. I know I and at least a few other people prefer to do the yearly one. Of course if this happened (I think they'll likely co-exist so it's moot), if it's okay with Skeet, I'll take the "redraft" one to my place.
I highly doubt that... I'd still do both... there won't be many trades in a keeper league because of the cap hit and really it'll mainly just be free agency then the draft each year...
The GM League we have right will stay. Not only is it a tradition but some ppl prefer it. Not only that but for new GM's who want to join the Keeper league the GM League is a great start. Like Griddles said the keeper league won't take nearly as much time as this one. Free Agency and the Draft should be the most time consuming while not lasting really long. Still trying to figure out a way for voting and determining winners tho.
Hell, I wouldn't limit it to 24 at this rate... lets raise the degree of difficulty if we go up to say 28?

We can try to get 32 I just don't think it's going to happen. Is there any suggestions for ppl we should try and get in this league?
