Jets agreed to terms with S Kerry Rhodes on a five-year extension. NFL Network reports the deal is worth $33.5 million, with $20 million guaranteed. This is a Jets investment that is hard to knock. Rhodes is a dynamic safety who's been effective in zone coverage and the box. He's picked off nine passes, racked up 166 stops, and posted seven sacks over the last two years. We wouldn't be especially high on him as a fantasy option due to the Jets' front seven improvement, but Rhodes is Pro Bowl caliber and only 25.
