First.
I predict Ross is about to engage in a serious Bromance to lure Tebow to Miami.
It will bring much attention and cash to Miami. Everything Ross could ever hope for...

Good. Bring him in to be a running back/fullback. That would be a hell of a backfield.

The 2 3's we got from the Bears and Cameron Wake. It's a deal!
At this point I care less what happens this season, maybe it'll bring a little excitement on the field....seeing how it doesn't look like we'll have any of that anyways
As much as I've been on Ireland for not addressing the QB position, this is one situation where I'll give him props if he just says no to Tim Tebow.
All you need to know about Tebow is that he lead the league in jersey sales, made a ton of revenue for Denver, and created a media buzz in that city that they had not had in a long time. And with all of that, they still couldn't wait for the chance to jump to get rid of him. Why? Because Denver has smart people up top, with incredible football acumen. They know he's not an NFL quarterback. They had a bunch of fluky wins against bad teams. Whenever they played a better team, they lost. Got blown out in a bunch of those games. He made some plays vs. Pittsburgh, but Roethlisberger wasn't himself in that game. He was still clearly affected by the ankle.
I just hope we can see the same thing. My hope is hanging by a thread though. I just beg for one thing. IF they are intent on bringing Tebow in, PLEASE don't trade a high draft pick for him. Use your noodle for once. No way Denver keeps him around. Show some patience, and wait for Denver to cut him. PLEASE.
If Tebow is brought in here to be our QB I just might cancel my football package.

Just that....if hes brought in as QB.
What would anyone think...if we traded for him as an H Back? He probably is dead set on being a QB.....but....
What if he was the second coming..(no pun intended) of Crash Jenson....
How hilarious wil it be if/when broncos cut tebow and he visits here, but leaves and sign elsewhere......for cheaper?

I'd welcome him as a TE upgrade.
Keep in mind he did win a playoff game mind you... and played well at that.
just end me now plz
With all the already negative focus constantly on the Miami Dolphins, could you imaging the crap storm that would come our way by bringing in Tebow.

It's there in my post. I acknowledge that he had a good game. My position is pretty firm on Tebow. He's not an NFL QB. Certainly not a WCO QB. I can't think of a worse fit for the system that Philbin is (hopefully) looking to install here than Tebow. I'd rather kick the tires on Favre. That's how bad of a match it is.
They won't cut him.
But you know that 3rd round pick we just got for Brandon Marshall. Yep....Tebow to Miami for a 3rd pick via Chicago. :tantrum:
jboogie The sky is NOT falling!
Kinda off topic but, what's with everyone thinking fasano is a weak point in our offence? I think we used him poorly last year but, when his number was called he always came through from what I saw.
Rumor is that Tebow can be had for a 5th rounder.
I wouldn't give an 8th rounder for Tebow.
Lucky we have "Tight-Pants" Ireland around because Ross would do an RGIII type deal with the Broncos for Tebow. Especially as he discovers how much money Tebow is going to make him.
Tebows jersey sales alone would more than pay for his salary.

I like Tim Tebow - but not i a Dolphin uniform. He is a terrible passer.
They hired a WCO Coach for crying out loud!!!!! Tim Tebow would be a disaster in that offense.
And the Dolphins basically are being used by Tom Condon to increase the contract of Alex Smith. But, if they are going to give Alex Smith big bucks (as opposed to getting Flynn for reasonable $$), they are idiots. Total, unadulterated, incompetency.
The Dolphins repeatedly enter these areas and come away with the dregs. It sucks to be a Dolphin fan.

Hilarious!
If he can catch, I wouldn't mind him as a TE as a poster already have mentioned.

Watch NE gets him & he turns in an All-Star
I'm all for the Dolphins picking up Tebow. It's worth a shot. This team will find ways to disappoint either way. Might as well get some fans in the seats.

No and no.
I was watching ESPN earlier and one of the panelist on, "Around the Horn", stated that he had heard that the Patriots have an interest in trading for Tebow. Of course he also stated that Belichick has always liked Tebow and that if Tebow does come to the Patriots, Belichick wanted Tebow to play fullback or H-back, not QB.
I think that these are the positions Tebow are best suited for in the NFL. I could see him being far more effective at one of these positions than he will be at QB in the future.
Tebow, Moore, does it really matter. Marino's curse is upon us. We can thank Jimmy Johnson for this. All he had to do was take Marino out during the farce that was the Jags game. I believe Tebow is a leader of men, but can't throw a 20yd out. Bush is one sex tape away from obscurity and the carries will take a toll this year. Nobody wishes for the past glory more than me but our execs are limp.

Who's that Bronco now to talk about?
Manning gets sack and he is out
John Fox hears the sound, the crowd is loud
By their own hostility, they chant his name proud
There goes Tim Tebow...
Watch him as he throws...
There goes Tim Tebow...
He's spiritual...
