    Per rotoworld.

Well, it would seem to be a good fit for both, JT wants a ring, the Pats need a passrusher, I would bet we will see it happen soon.

I hope we run sweeps right at him.

now Zach will catch him in the backseat with brady in the parking lot

I agree Andrew, it would be a good fit, but I wouldn't like seeing it.

The Pats know how to use veteran players to maximum effect, and the Pats also have the money to pay him enough.

It's alot like Daniel-son from the Karate Kid going to work at the Cobra Ki school though...like going to the Darkside...

No way Jason Taylor goes there. Zach Thomas will straighten him out.

If he does this, Honestly the Dolphins should never retire his number here. You don't get honored for joining a team you swore you hated a few years back. There are 31 other teams out there. Go to any other team than NE you douche.

Sorry I just really hate the Pats and there smug we are the NFL BS..

F the Patriots and F JT too if he signs with them. If I owned his jersey I would burn it.

Bet Washington would love to have their 2nd back. Honestly I don't care let him go to NE and suck up a roster spot and cap space like he did last year. His head and heart are no longer in the game.

the day jason taylor does this.....is the day i call him a clown and a douche.

honestly....nothing made me happier then when we cut zach, and he said publicly that he couldnt play for NE cause he learned to hate them. thats a dolphin baby.

F jason taylor. i am so glad we got a 2nd round pick for such a selfish dancing queen

Perfect example of loyalty versus selfishness. Zach played hard for the Miami Dolphins. JT played for himself.

JT can go play for the PATSIES, by the 4th game of the season - he'll be nicked up, and not on the field anyways ... no worries

It's a shame JT would stoop to signing with the Pats. This would be like Chipper Jones signing with the Mets.

I'll say this though, when guys "chase a ring" they come away disappointed more times than not.

Whoaaaa...guys, lets wait until we hear JT WANTS to go to NE and signs them before we relegate him to persona non grata status with the Phins....seriously, the guy was a major part of whatever success we did have over the last decade....he hasnt signed yet...so lets hope he backs away at the end and remains forever Aqua and Orange....

    Patience......

OK... That's some funny stuff guys! LOL! Double-wedding, classic!

If JT goes to the Pats he should wake up with the mascots head next to him! Zach is a badass and I wish we'd resign him for depth or whatever excuse they'd want to use. We'd have a better D from it!

'Nando still thinks we would resign him if the price was right.

Personally I think he's spitting into the wind with that thought, JT doesn't want to put in the preseason work that Sparano demands of his players.

Sure, the word Patriots never came out of his mouth...But in my mind, Brady is synonym to Patriots.

Do we really care at this point? He's not our problem anymore and we can't control what he does, so why bother worrying about it? I agree with padre, if he does sign with the Pats I hope we run Ronnie directly at him on first down, second down and third down.

Maybe it's the girl in me, Mike, but it will truly devastate me if he goes to an AFCE rival. With Washington, I didn't care, honestly, but not one of our rivals.

I can understand your feeling, but in my mind, once a player leaves the team I completely disassociate my feelings for him as a Miami Dolphin and view him as just another player. That doesn't mean that I don't appreciate what the player did for us, but that attachment is no longer there.

Exactly. The same issue we had last year would resurface again this year. JT doesnt want to work. He wants to show up and play at this stage in his career. That doesn't cut it in Miami anymore!

So....maybe he's good friends with Tom Brady....who cares? Since when does playing for a rival mean you cant be friends in the off season? I think if you polled every NFL player if they would love to play with Tom Brady...they would say yes....guys a hell of a QB with a fist full of rings....whats not to like?

    He isnt friends with Brady.
Do I know that for fact? No. But during interviews they speak about each other with great respect, and don't come off as "friends" Difference between Zach and Jayson is that Tom respects Brady, knows he is a great QB but he is a rival and he wouldn't play with him. Jayson knows that he is good, and would love to play with him, especially if it means that he will get a shot at a ring. Does that mean he is a bad person? No, it just means he is more self oriented than Zach. For Zach, it is team first, always. Always.

I know this because JT played hard but seemed more concerned about his own stats over the team achievements. Then he *****ed openly about how his team sucked. So basically he was saying that the rest of his team stunk. While that might have been true for the most part, an unselfish team player wouldn't call out his own team so negatively as consistently as JT did when he was here.

After losses, JT would be quoted making comments such as "we suck" and things to that effect. That is not what you say as a team leader. And how do you think his team mates felts about that?
