i cant believe the jets are being pushed into the playoffs. its like crap rolling down hill.

But in all seriousness, the Jets are dominating tonight...one would reason that with their starters still in there that the Bengals are there to play ball, but I haven't seen any evidence that the Bengals came to play tonight......next week will be very very interesting. It will tell if the Jets are that good or if the Bengals are playing possum...

Bengals never showed any attempt to bring it tonight from the first snap. I think they are laughing behind the play call sheet waiting to get the jets when it counts.

 

well the Bengals showed nothing of next weeks gameplan and the Jests threw their legs wide open for all to see (the vageen) my guess would be they get some pretty big surprises first half on saturday maybe to much to recover from.

 

The Jets are who we thought they were!!! And we let them off the hook!!!

I think the Jets are going to plow through the Bengals next weekend also.

Say what you want about the Jets, they won and got in the playoffs, we had our playoff chances and we blew it.

I hate the Jets more than anyone, but I think they will be dangerous in the playoffs.

 

I disagree.

Bengals rolled over in this game. They had no desire to win, or to show the Jets any of their offense. The reason being that the Bengals are better off being the 4 seed. They would rather travel to Indianapolis than out west to San Diego should they advance. Much shorter trip. Might sound crazy, but the Chargers are actually the hotter team right now, and trips out west for East coast teams are really tough after having to survive the wild card round.

Jets still could win, but it won't be anywhere near this lopsided, IMO.

 

No way Mark Sanchez goes on the road and wins. NO. WAY.

 

Yeah, but our celebration on the road was for BEATING THEM and winning the AFCE @ 11-5 in their HOUSE (well technically NY Giants House:tongue2:)....setting up this years SWEEP for 3 straight!!!:up:

I didn't get to watch it, my TV's only show important things. Besides, I'd rather watch my dog take a crap then to watch the JEST play anyway.

 

No team with Mark Sanchez will win in the playoffs. Quite possibly ever.

He has the WORST throwing mechanics I've ever seen in my life, and not the talent to overcome it. The question will be do the Jets have enough talent to overcome their QB.

 

pretty sure the 2006 steelers went like 8-0 to get into the playoffs that year lol
