Lack of red-zone touchdowns a red flag http://blogs.palmbeachpost.com/thed...oints-lack-of-red-zone-touchdowns-a-red-flag/ Miami Dolphins look to salvage inept offense http://www.palmbeachpost.com/dolphi...olphins_1002.html?cxtype=rss&cxsvc=7&cxcat=46
man how sad is it that our longest completion is 27yards to Ronnie, a RB. lets hope Henne can take it down field
Henning is horrible in the Red Zone. Let Ronnie catch some passes or throw it in the Red Zone. I almost puked when went 94 yards down the field last week and then fumbled it through the back of our own end zone....that's the kind of year it has been. Really frustrating.
Until we acquire a legitimate red zone threat, or someone steps up........I wouldn't expect too much improvement in our passing game when in the red zone. As it stands, Henne's best bet is to throw to one of our RB's..
To add: Miami Dolphins flounder in red zone http://www.miamiherald.com/sports/football/miami-dolphins/story/1262429.html Hmmm, you think so Dr. Obvious? Sounds like he doesn't want to throw any players under the bus, which I admire, but I hope he is taking some responsibility for the poor play-calling.
A good red zone percentage requires players making individual plays, starting at the QB position...Hennes right arm should bring that percentage up.
I put 50% of this on the players, and 50% on Henning. So far Henning has demonstrated 0% creativity in the red zone IMHO. I'm to the point of wondering if maybe Henning has just gotten too old and too conservative for the NFL.
