I honestly believe that Sparano knows its over and hes now coaching for his professional career outside the phins.
There is no way he and Ross havent been talking about this season and what is wrong. They are both going to play this professional and Tony will walk away with stack of cash for a year out of the NFL and than he will return as an offensive line coach again somewhere.

We all knew this is coming, but what I want to see is Ireland's house go up for sale! Ross should fire him mid season just for the fun of it! Give the fans some hope for the future!
