McKelvin I think gets the edge. I think that not only is he the top CB, hes also got the whole return game thing going for him.

IMO Dom. RC should be mentioned up there as well.

never watched McKelvin play, but i know Jenkins is just a great overall prospect. in all phases of the game, he excels.
