Whaaaat......

Hm.
Kiki Alonso.
So Chip Kelly likes his former players.
And we didn't trade them Dion Jordan back when we had the chance.
Man, McCoy would rock in this offense. -
Rather play against mccoy than kiko. Mccoy will be underused by rex meanwhile rex having one of the best lbs inthe league is scary. Plus maybe this will push miami harder towards suh.

Guess the Eagles will be players for Melvin Gordon.

So they have McCoy, Spiller, and Jackson? Wow.
-
Boy, Rex sure did learn his lessons from his tenure with the Jets. I wonder how much of this was his idea. He came from a team with Geno Smith to a team that currently has the only guy that might be worse than Geno Smith. And sank big resources into a big money RB. Because that formula works so well in the current NFL.

Real question is Harris, does this mean Rexxy is going to go after him in FA? I'd say it points that wayunluckyluciano likes this. -
In the end I think Kelly will be able to make whoever lines up at RB prolific in Philly, and Buffalo got rid of a low salary player who had an amazing rookie campaign. Kinda think Philly won this one... -
Guess that tells you what Rexy thinks of his QB's in Buffalo. Clearly he's going off his plans from the early success he had with the Jets with a offense based through his RB. Which is pretty understandable since they don't have a QB in Buffalo for him either. It's gonna be all about the RB's, and that defense there in Buffalo.

Spiller is leaving.
-
Honestly given our line backing corp you should be having ****ing nightmares - while you're awake. -
Things in the division are certainly getting worse before they get better. Ugh. One of the best backs in the league.

Rosenhaus is saying deal isn't final yet.

Would be nice if Spiller magically came down here pissed off.
Then reality would set in and hed be pissed off on the IR.MikeHoncho likes this. -
If the Bills draft Hundley watch out

Confusing trade. Not sure who wins or loses. McCoy is more of a slasher type, Philly already has Kendricks, a terrific ILB.

It was alluded to earlier that Rex had success with running the ball earlier in his tenure and I believe this is a step in that direction. During his initial foray into head coaching Rex had Thomas Jones and LaDanian Tomlinson and that is a heck of a lot better than what he eventually ended up with. LeSean McCoy is going to be mad and want to prove something. Meanwhile on defense Rex has gotten the most out of his players and will do the same thing because there is talent there that one player won't make too much of a difference.
They basically didn't have Kiko last season and still walked away with a winning season. They still have their defensive line and a decent CB unit, plus some of the other young LBers stood out. They can add a David Harris in FA or draft another young LBer and they'll be on that side of the ball. The offense needs more individual playmakers and that's what hey got with Shady, a playmaker who will help open the game up for their young WRs. -
The Bills were already the second best team in the AFC East. The addition of McCoy has just made them that much better.
While Alonso is a good LB, he missed the entire 2014 with an injury to his leg and his absence had no detrimental effect on the Bills defense. They were the best defense in the division without him.
The Bills are the definite winner in this trade. -
