Someone post a GIF of AJ snatching that kid from the Make A Wish commercial.

 

I thought the same during the game. I was shocked, but then the controversy with the 4th down kind of drowned that out. Still a horrible call.

 

A minor point , but didn't he not convert in pre season as well?

 

Yeah, the Falcons' Troy Bierman stuffed him on 4th & 1. Screw that though, I'm much more concerned about him not abusing linebackers the way he did last year. Lou is having a relativley poor season, I honestly wish we'd go 3 wide as our base set, Bess is playing lights out,

 

The last time he failed to convert one of those was against the Jets I believe, no?

i hated seeing that. He's still a step above humans though. lol

 

I agree with the poor performance comment , he hasn't been nearly as effective and also has made some glaring mistakes with his blocking assignments imo .

If he doesn't improve , what he is providing isn't enough to keep him in the game as much as he has been imo.

 

Hilliard did an ok job in OT lead blocking on a few plays.

 

In todays Herald they said he went 19 for 19 last year and was 4 for 4 this year. So was it 23 straight or is it 19

 

I blame McQuistan. He got blowed up on that play. I'm pretty sure it was him...if not, let's blame him anyway.

 

i would love to see polite get the ball when we are on the 1-3 yardline.we rarely give it to him down there if at all.befuddles me when i see us try 3 pass attempts in a row when we have such a beast at picking up the short yardage.
