    That might take someone 2 seconds to do that to the picture, I dont really know, but it REALLY looks cool.

    3 steps.

    -Duplicate the base image.
    -Make the bottom layer black and white
    -Cut out the player in the top layer.

    Doesn't take very long, but yeah, I think its a pretty cool effect.
