There's no mention of Phillip Merling, Jalen Parmele, Donald Thomas, Lex Hilliard, or Lionel Dotson. Just thought it was interesting. Something to keep in mind as we get information about who the Dolphins might be interested in this year. We might work out a player and then decide we don't like him. We might bring in a guy for an interview and decide he's an idiot. Whenever I hear about a meeting or a personal workout I always add the player to my list of potential Dolphins. However what I don't know is that in some cases I should be crossing them off the list. Wouldn't it be great to be a fly on the wall?
Would Merling be a different deal, considering he didnt work out until like a week prior to the draft?
We could have always brought him in for a meeting/visit. Probably. As I said this is all according to KFFL so it's far from all inclusive. I just thought it was interesting to note how many players the Dolphins were associated with and how few we actually drafted.
