It'll be a live draft and I'm the only one overseas, so it should be conducive to your time schedule. Sorry for the delay in responding...been a busy couple of days.

The core league (6 of us) is made up of folks I have worked with in the past--folks who have been stationed here in Tokyo. Everyone else is from here via VMF or this thread.
