If you mean to do a fantasy draft before starting your franshise... then go to start a new franchise, select your team, then when you get to the franchise setup options, go down to the fantasy draft setting, turn it on, then decide whether you want to use the next option below it to use the Hall of Fame players in the fantasy draft too. If youre already in a franchise, and you want to do your draft... then obviously play out an entire season while scouting players(i dont know if this really has any benefit) then after your season is done, and players have retired, and after free agency... your draft will begin before starting your next season. hope that helps
